I have called the beautiful community of Salmon Arm home since my family relocated here in 2003. I grew up in Abbotsford, BC, then as a young adult, relocated to Toronto for 7 years and Northern BC for 8 years. I am a proud mother of two wonderful daughters.
My husband Keith is a helicopter pilot as well as the Senior Training Captain for his employer. As a creative outlet, I volunteer for the Shuswap Theatre, a great organization that is always looking for new faces to join in the fun. In my spare time, I dabble in skiing, swimming, tennis and short bike rides.
The Shuswap lifestyle suits me and you will find me daily in Little Mountain Park on “head-clearing” dog walks with various four-legged and two-legged friends. In January 2012, I received my Driver Training Instructor’s certification. Since then, I have enjoyed training students as Taylor Pro Training’s Salmon Arm instructor.
In March 2015, I embarked on the next phase of my career as an independent owner/operator of my own Driver Training School… Direct Drive. I continue my dedication to influencing young drivers to be the best that they can be. It is an immensely fulfilling career with important and life-long results for my students.
